While the apartments are heavily constrained, you still can change the interior of the apartment and create a cozy living place for your sims in the big city. Maybe one day they will be rich enough to buy a penthouse! A good investment, especially if you get this EP on sale for 19.99$.
The Sims 4 Laundry Day Stuff
Doing the laundry in real life can be boring and seen more as a chore than something fun, however in The Sims 4 this SP adds a new level of realism. If you can buy the Laundry Day Stuff SP on sale for 6.99$, and you would like that your sims have to worry about having clean clothes & washing them – go for it! It’s ranked as one of the best EA’s stuff packs for The Sims 4, and can make the gameplay more fun. This SP comes with a washing machine, dryer, and new clothing CAS items.
The Sims 4 Dream Home Decorator Game Pack
When this game pack goes on sale for 13.99$, it’s a good deal if you love interior design and want that as your sim’s career! While there’s not that much to do as this is just a game pack, the included content is awesome, especially if you don’t have Custom Content installed or you really want the the stuff that comes with the pack in your game. This GP includes so many objects that you can really furnish and decorate your dream home in The Sims 4! Lots of single & queen size beds, bunk beds, chairs, couches, counters & tables, bathtubs & sinks, decor items and more!
The Sims 4 Seasons
Yes, this expansion pack is obviously a must-have for any dedicated simmer! Some reviews even put The Sims 4 Seasons EP as the #1 Expansion pack for the whole series, and for a good reason. This pack adds so much realism into the bland base game that you will not even believe it, because it’s just seasons…. or is it? The Seasons add beautiful snow and icy weather for winter, blooming plants, romance & rain for spring, hot sunny days for summer and fall leaves for fall. And all of these seasons come with their own festivities which are actually fun to participate in, specific decorations & objects. So, if you want your Sims 4 gameplay to be more realistic, diverse and fun – definitely pick up a copy of this expansion pack. (Especially when it’s 19.99$ on sale!)
The Sims 4 Get Together
If you want to be more social in The Sims 4, then this expansion pack is for you! It allows you to make or join social clubs with respective activities that literally let you get together with friends. There are also fun bonfire, club and cafe experiences where your sims can party, dance, DJ, enjoy breakfast and hang out! Also, one of the best selling points of this DLC is the world that it comes with – Windenburg. It is German inspired world with beautiful lush nature, parks, waterfront & hidden places to discover. The Create-A-Sim and build items that come with Get Together EP are also pretty good that let you express your creativity in more nuanced ways. While this pack is not the best pack in The Sims 4, it’s worth buying if you want to get your sims out of the house more, party and socialize!
The Sims 4 Cottage Living
Now, for a complete 180 – The Sims 4 Cottage Living EP! If your sims don’t want to live a busy life in a city or socialize within their club, why not pick up a copy of The Sims 4 Cottage Living Expansion Pack when it’s on sale for 19.99$? If you like British countryside inspired gameplay, then this is the DLC for you (and your sims!). You can live off the land, raise animals in a farm, grow your own food in a garden and become a farmer with a simpler lifestyle. It’s rated as one of the best packs for the game because it’s different from the classic Sims 4 gameplay style. You can visit the pub, do some cross-stitching, and explore your cozy town – Henford-on-Bagley.
The Sims 4 Tiny Living Stuff Pack
Do you know how fun (and challenging) is living in a tiny house? If you don’t, then get this stuff pack for 6.99$ on sale (at it’s cheapest) and your sims will have the option to experience tiny living first hand. The Tiny Living SP comes with a new size (tile) limit that constrains how large of a house you can build to qualify as a tiny home owner, as well as some cool Create-A-Sim clothing items and minimalist objects that are made for a small space! Definitely a fun pack to grab if you as a simmer love to build, furnish and decorate with limits in a tiny space.
The Sims 4 My Wedding Stories Game Pack
Oh, who doesn’t love romance? And weddings?! This game pack is here to improve and add more interactions for that special day! My Wedding Stories GP is a good pack to get, especially on sale around 14.99$. While this game pack was filled with bugs & needed some fixing, now it runs much better than at it’s release. But, to be completely honest, the wedding planning and organizing the ceremony is still stressful and not super smooth, however don’t be fooled! This Game Pack’s main selling point is the world that it comes with. Tartosa is a Mediterranean-inspired beautiful world with beach lots, sea shores, waterfalls, wedding venues and the old city centre. It’s really amazing and very European! The CAS items are pretty as there are a lot of formal options to choose from. So, whenever this pack goes on sale – buy it!
In conclusion, The Sims 4 Base Game is not enough for a lot of players, and since it’s free now you can buy some extra DLC to upgrade your game.
