2023 Roadmap for The Sims 4 – Game update

EA just released the long-awaited roadmap for the simulation game The Sims 4 in 2023. Let’s see what updates and additions they are teasing this year.

Game Update

INFANT UPDATE? We saw diapers… and they teased us with a new life stage last year. Will we see infants in 2023? We sure hope so, since they said it will be a BIG free update for the base game. Since this update would change the way we play the game, EA probably is going to release the update in conjunction with a DLC.

New Sims 4 Expansion Pack

The official Sims twitter page posted a video showing that we will get a new expansion pack in 2023 for The Sims 4. What will the EP be about? Fans are speculating that it will be The Sims 4 Generations. It would coincide with the new infant life stage, and players could explore sims’ lives in a more meaningful way with generations expansion pack. Also, there could be a new world with the expansion pack, since we have saw the bridge drawing, including some extra preview teasers from the Sims 4 summit last year.

Two New Sims 4 Kits

One underwear kit, one hygiene kit. Just kidding! Or am I? The sims team teased a pair of underwear and a toothpaste as a part of the upcoming kits. Let’s wait and see what Maxis developers have come up with in 2023!

Community Livestream

The Sims team will announce and share more details on January 31st, 2023. Fans will be able to tune in to be the first to find out more information about infant update, upcoming expansion pack and kits.

2023 will be a full year of surprises for The Sims 4, and we are excited to see what the new EP is about!
